Utilities & Billing

The Town of Clayton provides electric, water and sewer services to most residents and businesses within the Town limits. We also provide residential trash, recycling and yard waste services by contract with All Star Waste.

If you are a Town of Clayton utility customer, we are here for you. Our Utilities and Billing Department is located within Town Hall at 111 E. Second St.
